Triton 19 SE

Enjoy eye-watering speed and lip-ripping fishability.

Bass fishermen might be patient when their lure’s in the water, but speed is of the essence when getting to and from their favorite spot. A combination of pad bottom, lifting strakes, and reverse chines push this boat onto plane and deliver eye-watering top speeds, while the in-floor fuel tank and lateral-running livewells add to stability and reduce any tendency to chine walk. Outfitted with a Mercury 225 OptiMax Pro XS, our test boat planed in about four seconds and peaked at more than 70 mph.

The ride is fun, but fishing is still the order of business. The list of standards include a 24-volt Motorguide trolling motor, Lowrance Mark 5X fish finder, aerated aft livewell with timer, dual lockable rod lockers, generous tackle storage and a two-bank battery charger. Seating includes one bike seat and Hydraulic Pro-Pole, along with two front pedestal seat locations.

One of the more unique features of the 19 SE is the optional port console, which fastens in place using threaded knobs at two attachment points. A decorative panel covers up the attachment points when not in use to maintain a smooth, finished appearance. Another is the Res-Q retractable boarding ladder. It slides out of the portside transom to easily get back aboard.
