Yamaha Marine Group today announced the 2011 schedule for its V6 Offshore Demo tour, a national program consisting of high-performance demo rides designed to show the benefits of Yamaha’s line of 4.2-liter V6 offshore outboards.
“The V6 Offshore models need to be experienced to be appreciated,” said Dale Barnes, Yamaha Marine Group Division Manager, Marketing. “The midrange punch is incredible. Customers need to feel it, and we are hoping they come out to do that.”
The 2011 Yamaha Discover V6 Offshore Demo tour debuts Thursday, February 17, 2011, during the Miami International Boat Show® at the Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center. Offshore fishing fans in the area are invited to attend for a first-come, first-served opportunity to ride in boats equipped with Yamaha 4.2-liter V6 Offshore outboards.
In conjunction with The Discover V6 Offshore Demo Tour, for a limited time, Yamaha is offering a special promotion. The first 100 participants each day to take advantage of the demo ride will receive a voucher good for a one-year Yamaha Extended Service contract (Y.E.S.) (choice offered in Florida is a 12-month limited warranty) with an MSRP value of up to $1,500.00.
