Dot Compensate. The Internet domain name fish.com was sold for $1 million by an undisclosed private party, which hosts other animal-specific sites such as dog.com. The new site will contain supplies, information, forums, and news.

Gender Bender. Sunscreen residue is sexually altering male fish. A new study suggests that oxybenzone, a chemical used to protect skin from ultraviolet light, also mimics the properties of estrogen and has settled on the ocean floor where it's consumed by bottom-dwelling fish.
