Give her time, my shepherd hated the water,one day he fell in and I could not reach him, told him to swim to shore he did (10 ft at the most) got out came over to me as too say what was that, the next morning he walked off the swim platform into the water again I said swim to shore he came running back to me I made it like a game and ever since then I cant keep him out of the water,I never tell him to jump in off the boat because then they figure they can jump in or out any time, also find a spot out of the wind for her, mine hates going fast but tucks into a spot with no wind and he's fine with that (put the cover on the bow and put her blanket under it) safe spot for her, but she's a beautiful dog, have fun with her, and she will love boating just as much as you do.
