I have an 18' pontoon that sits low in the water and lower on one side. Why????

in

The pontoons them selves are currently more than halfway in the water and when facing it, the right side sits much lower than the left.  Now I've had it out of the water and all the sections of the pontoons ring hollow.  No water, so here is where I'm lost.  Help please!!!!!

Are the pontoons dented or crushed from striking rocks or the shoreline? They provide buoyancy via their shape as well as by containing air.

Also, have you added ( or removed) any gear? Made changes to the layout? Repowered? Anything physical?

No I haven't changed anything and as far as I can tell the pontoons are neither dented or crushed. Those are one of the first things I checked. To the best of my knowledge the boat has never been altered. I have added some weight to it though via: small refrigerator, trolling motor, 2 powered winches for anchors, various fishing poles as well. I'm not sure if they would be the cause. Not really sure, this is my first boat.
