Yup they all do that with the deep V hull it's called hunting/wandering and there is nothing you can do about it, the only thing that helps a little bit is too speed up, but watch your wake.

There is certainly something you can do to minimize the wander. My 2008 Bayliner 192 Cuddy did this too. I installed Smart Tabs and the problem was lessened 90%. Everyone who installs tabs on a boat this size has the same results. Go on the bayliner Owners Club webpage and do a search for Smart Tabs.
