I own a 03 Four Winns 214, wondering if I should add trim tabs to smooth out the ride, I use it on a choppy fresh water lake?
It is 21 ft and 24 loa. It weighs around 4500 lbs. Has a volvo 5.0 with dual props. Also would a richter anchor be a good second anchor to have?

Certainly would help some. Not real sure your anchor choice is good. What is the primary bottom type?

Tabs will help yuo trim the boat across the beam, providing a level ride. They can also help you to hold the bow down and plane at slower speeds, which often does deliver a smoother ride.
