1st thing is to chk pickup for clog. Is it water pickup or wheel type? Can pull house off and LIGHTLY blow in tube have someone watch for movement. Fixing yourself depends on your ability to repair things.

There may be a piece of wood or debris in the pick-up tube located on the outdrive. Try and clear debris by using a small pin. Also try disconecting the pick-up tube hose on the outdrive and blowing compressed air through it to further dislodge the debris. This same thing happened to me last year. I cleared the debris ( a piece of wood) and it worked fine. Good luck.
