No can help. Bomber went out of biz in 1993 as I recall. But most boat builders adhere to the ABYC wiring color code which you can find at this link:

That should help you troubleshoot or rewire your electrics.

As for "mechanics" I guess you mean boat systems such as livewells and battery chargers? If so, individual equipment manufacturers will help.

If you meant the engine mechanicals, you can get a service manual for just about any engine ever made. Just Google it up.
