The port engine is stuck in the up position. I released the pressure at the pump and the trim cylinder and nothing happened. With the help of a large hammer and 2/4 I was able to move the cylinders in half way. What is not allowing the Outdrive to drop electriclally and how do I repair it? The drives raise fine if I use the trailering switch but woun't go down hydraulically .
