Dont know of a SS alternator. Either use OEM part or one from a company like BALMAR that's UL certified marine.
I do know that there are stainless covers that car enthusiasts use to bling out the engine. After selecting your alternator, see if one of these will fit.

youcan an alternator shop rebuild yours with a stainless casing. $$$$$
