I been looking at you question go unanswered and felt compelled to reply. No, I have no ownership experience with the A28--we did review it as a brand new boat--but that is not the info you are looking for. Know that Cobalt, like most top-notch builders, builds boats on a relatively limited basis. Therefore, there are probably only a few hundred --if that many--A28 owners in the world. I suggest visiting the cobaltowners site ( google it), joining the forum, and engaging some owners there. I'm sure once you've done that you'll have a better chance of "scoring" the long-term use info you seek.
