Ok. First, check your fittings. Make sure the fill cap is tight and has a good gasket. Replacement gaskets are available. Make sure your vent cover is facing aft and down--this way rain and spray dont get forced in. Also make sure the deckplates above the fuel tank fittings have good gaskets and are keeping water off the tank--then check the fuel sending unit for a good gasket seal.

If all that pans out as a non-source of water getting in, then you just have a lot of water in your tank and need to get rid of it. To do so, remove the fuel sending unit and place a weighted hose into the tank. Pump out the water until you see no more "clear" and the fluid starts to run as pure gas. Dispose of the "water" properly.

Water sits on the bottom of the tank--the gas floats on top of it. By weighting the hose, you keep the intake side in the water.
