As a new boat, I give them a solid B-plus. Score an A-minus if the local dealer is trusted and respected.

Used boats are another story. Every used boat is an individual requiring a thorough inspection of all structure and systems. A knowledgeable boater may be able to handle such an inspection; a surveyor can be paid to do it also.
