Now that Trailer Boating Magazine is out of print maybe the focus of your Boating Magazine publication can change to include slightly smaller boats
Its sad that my favorite Boating magazine went out of print and I like the Boating Magazine and will likely continue to subscribe but the scope of this magazine is just a tad of the too big & expensive side. I'd like the inclusion of 15 and 16 foot boats and outboards down to the 50 HP range. I'm not interested in PWC's just smaller offerings that are optioned well but are trailerable. It's nice to see the "ultimate" if I had a blank check I could use boats but for those of us living in the real world please include some things that the average joe & backyard restorer might be interested in as well.

We have a deckboat versus pontoon shootout coming up, just ran a feature story about a small Glastron runabout and department about camp-cruising aboard small, beachable, open boats. We will be publishing a trailering Tow Guide and a Buyer's Guide in early 2012 that you will likley love. There are numerous reviews and videos of aluminum, bass and pontoon boats on this website. More small boat articles and reviews will also appear, though they wont dominate. We cover the range of boats.
Additionally, our extensive DIY and maintenance articles apply to just about any boater ( corrosion, accessory installation, etc). I hope you will stick with us for a while. I think you will be pleased.

Thanks Kevin. I do like seeing the DIY stuff and I saw the GT160 article and was pretty happy seeing as I have a similar GC CVX16.
