You dont say what you have, if it started all of a sudden,do you own a DVOM ? start there and while your at it,check the altenator output, when they start to go they "surge" also check the grounds there are more than one on an engine now adays make sure you get them all.

Yup. Myles has it. Use a meter.

Connections/wires can be bad but not physically broken or loose. (corrosion). Also, the blower, pump and light switches creating a 2 -3 volt drop on the voltmeter may be a clue to increased resistance, causing excessive draw. Again, check for actual voltage, resistance and continuity with a multimeter.
