This boat is currently under a three-year restoration in which we pulled off the deck to replace the rotted transom, floor and stringers. We also added foam flotation under the floor compliments of a tech at Regal Boats. The gelcoat was so badly deteriorated we opted to create a black and parrot green scheme using Awlgrip and Interlux Perfection paints, hand rolled on. The boat cockpit will be finished in SeaDek non-skid flooring and the cracked windshield has been restored by Taylor Made, the original manufacturer of the windshield. It's due to launch Spring 2010.

Our 5 year old Maltese loves boating in Annapolis and the surrounding tributaries... or anywhere for that matter. If he even thinks that we're headed out on the boat he's at the door before we pack the cooler. As you can see from the photo we have made a PFD manditory on all boat outings thanks to one small course correction mishap when he was 2, but he still wouldn't have any other seat on the boat than front and center - even at 30+ knots. Love the magazine and love this section every month.
