this is coming in off the Detroit River toward the canals in Gibraltar, MI where our boat is kept. To the left (not seen in the photo) is Lake Erie Boat Ramp. I have captured so many amazing sunsets. Such a quite and peaceful ending to a long day on the boat, coming off the river toward the canals is my favorite time of day.

In Lake St Louis alongside the St. Lawrence Seaway on the southern shore of Montreal's West Island. The view is west from just south of Beaconsfield Yacht Club towards St. Anne de Bellevue and Dowker Island. Taken in October, 2011.
