All new for 2018, the Fi line is Centurion’s wake performer at a more budget-friendly price. Simply put, the smaller Fi21 is a big success.
What You Get
The highlight of the Fi line is the new Opti-V hull. The hull is designed to displace water and make big wakes and waves. Combined with internal ballast and Centurion’s QuickSurf system, the wave cleans up perfectly and is way bigger and more powerful than you’d expect from a 21-foot boat. In fact, with the Fi21, you need to be careful not to overweight it or the wave won’t shape up properly. The boat tested was not equipped with Ramfill, and we filled side ballast only to 70 while leaving the bow empty.
Who It’s For
The Fi21 is a slick combo of wide-bow functionality and sporty, aggressive wake-boat looks. The 21-foot size is great for those who don’t need a bigger boat but want to surf a big, clean wave. We definitely recommend adding QuickSurf to your boat, which makes the waves awesome and allows you to transfer. The Fi21 is a lot of bang for less buck, and it could even fit in your garage.
