Its gloves have a wire in the cuff and a hook-and-loop pad on the outside. Stick the second pad on your cooler or your boat’s transom, or get the Fishoff belt and pad with hook-and-loop material already on it. The wire holds the glove open, so when it’s time to use it, you can slide it on and off one-handed. The glove is well constructed but not dorsal-proof. With fish such as blues and flounder, it’s no problem, but you’ll have to be careful with fish that poke, such as white perch.
