New LED position indicators from Livorsi Marine eliminate the need for mechanical 33C cables that are typically used for drive and tab indication. Cables can fail over time and lose accuracy. With the Livorsi LED indicators, mechanical cables are replaced by network wiring that allows plug and play connectivity into existing tab or drive position sensors.
The indicator features a middle green LED. During calibration, the green display can be set to indicate 50 percent of actuator travel, fuel level or whatever you’re monitoring. This allows users to establish the ideal running angle to dial-in the boat for optimum efficiency. For applications or retrofits that don’t have electronic position sensors, Livorsi can provide a mechanical to electronic converter. The LED indicator can display fuel level, drive trim, tab position and can transmit the information via CAN bus to compatible displays from Garmin, Lowrance or Raymarine. Pricing starts at $714.
