Well-known accessories manufacturer Livorsi Marine (www.livorsi.com) now offers billet trim tabs, available for performance boats, center consoles, workboats, runabouts and even military applications, for boats from 20 to 50 feet long and with 12- and 24-volt applications.

The tabs are available in 11 powder-coated colors with private labeling, and are mil-spec hardcoat-anodized and topped with a powder-coated finish and five anodes to prevent corrosion. The tabs can also be customized with a logo that is laser-etched.

Additionally, the Livorsi tabs with the electronic sender can read trim indication with compatible NMEA 2000-compliant systems and with Mercury VesselView. The electronic IP68 sensor on these tabs plugs directly into Livorsi’s LED trim position indicators. Hydraulic cylinders are designed with dual seals and 1,500 psi working pressure. Bolt patterns include Mercury K-Plane and a smaller Livorsi bolt pattern for center consoles.

Livorsi says its 950EM tabs are a direct factory replacement for K-Planes. Transom angles on the Livorsi tabs can be adjusted without the need for special tools. The Livorsi trim-tab kits include two billet trim tabs, hydraulic pumps, mounting hardware, harnesses and through-hull fittings. Stainless-steel braided hoses are sold separately.

If the custom colors aren’t enough, Livorsi also offers its trim tabs with LED lights. Trim down the tab and you get an underwater light without having to drill into your hull bottom. Learn more at www.livorsi.com.
