The 20 VTX is the epitome of crossover versatility, as well as proof that good things can come in small packages.

What You Get
With its signature Diamond Multisport Hull, the 20 VTX is designed to do it all, and it can. The most surprising though is the wakesurf wave, hands down. It’s another testament to the capabilities of Surf Gate and the Power Wedge. The shape and size are similar to the 21 VLX — it is a moderate wave with nice transition.

Who It’s For
The family and friends who like to do a little bit everything, from skiing to wakesurfing. For wakesurfers, the VTX will put out a wave that has ample push and a nice pocket for learning more and more each time you ride. The 20 VTX can be especially useful for those who need to store a boat in a standard garage or ride at a length-restricted body of water.

Our Favorite Things
Surf Gate and Power Wedge. This combo is available on every Malibu, and it’s what makes the VTX a true crossover boat.
Command Center. Also available on every Malibu, it is really nice to have high-end touchscreen interface convenience on the VTX.
Simplicity. There is something to be said for the comfort and ease of use that comes with smaller boats. The VTX delivers in spades.
