Owners of Mercury Racing CNC cleaver propellers need a way to protect their investments, and the new CNC cleaver propeller case is made specifically for that purpose. This is the first propeller case that Mercury Racing and its personnel have designed specifically for four-, five- and six-blade CNC propellers used with Mercury Racing’s NXT1, NXT6 and M8 sterndrives. The cases are made with double-wall composite construction and are designed to protect the propellers from shipping and transportation damage. All new Mercury Racing CNC props are shipped in these cases. The propeller secures in the case with a nylon dowel and receiver. The prop hub sits snugly on a receiver in the center of the base. High-density foam on the dowel fits between the propeller hub and top cover. The top and bottom halves of the case secure with four locking steel clasps.
