Chaparral has expanded their SSi line to bring moderately-priced boats to new boaters. This is the stern drive version of the 23 SSi. A lot of boaters prefer a sterndrive because it gives you a clean transom platform, which makes it a lot of fun when swimming at anchor or when you have the boat pushed up on the beach.
