BōT RōP is a retractable mooring line that adds safety and convenience. It mounts flush, so there is no protruding cleat on which to stub toes. This patent-pending device stores and deploys double-braided line.
BōT RōP is easy to use.The boater opens the lockable cover, draws out the required amount of line, and closes the cover. The line can be set to automatically lock in place, or extend and retract for tidal conditions. When ready to cast off, the cover of this marine accessory is easily opened and the line instantly retracts. To help find the unit after dark, a solar-powered LED light is installed on the cover. It is ideal for private and commercial moorages, especially fuel and restaurant docks.
