In what has become an annual partnership, Cigarette Racing Team paired with Mercedes-AMG at the 2015 Miami International Boat Show to make a big impression — literally. The powerboat manufacturer introduced its 50-foot Marauder GT S powered by a pair of Mercury Racing 1,550 hp engines that will reportedly push the stepped-bottom design to speeds exceeding 135 mph. The 51-foot-7-inch boat has Cigarette’s traditional 8-foot beam and weighs 13,200 pounds. With a retail price of $1.2 million, the boat comes with two Garmin 8212 touch-screen chart plotters, power bolsters with CNC-machined billet frames, and a JL Audio audio system with Bluetooth and Garmin interface. The boat’s dash panel features a carbon-fiber gauge cluster with the Cigarette Racing Team logo.

The Mercedes-AMG GT S was also first unveiled to the public at the show, according to www.speedonthewater.com. It’s powered by a 503 hp, 4.0-liter “biturbo” engine that develops 479 foot-pounds of torque. The car will officially launched in April.
