Mercury Racing has announced that Matt Dudarenke of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, has been awarded the inaugural Mercury Racing Future Tech education scholarship. The goal of the $1,200 scholarship is to alleviate financial stress of post-secondary education for prospective future Mercury Racing technicians.

Mercury Racing relies on skilled individuals with a strong work ethic and passion to build and service niche products. The Future Tech scholarship will help grow the local workforce by providing the education and tools needed to succeed. The scholarship is available to high school seniors from a public or private high school within the school districts of Fond du Lac, North Fond du Lac, Rosendale-Brandon, Waupun, Oakfield, Lomira, Campbellsport, and New Holstein. Matt attended Horace Mann High School in North Fond du Lac.
