High Rock Lake/Denton, NC: 7:00am on a Sunday morning this is what I wake up to see. Peaceful, quite and beautiful. This is a photo of my “under restoration” 87 Bay Liner Bass Striker. From here I have the ability to go fishing for any fresh water fish. I can take the kids in the neighborhood out for a ski or inflatable ride. Or I can just sit here and enjoy the view.

Mountain Home/Bull Shoals Lake, AR: Beautiful Bull Shoals Lake glistens in the setting sun. This was taken after a full day on the water. The lake is so large, that when you leave the dock, you may not see another boat for quite some time. Plus, if you want to just look at how a boat is built, the Ranger Boat factory is in nearby Flippin. Ranger offers tours, just call ahead to make a reservation!

Florida Keys: Here is a typical Florida Keys Sportfish battlewagon coming back through Snake Creek in Islamorada from a day out on the water fishing. Mahi mahi, wahoo, blackfin tuna, giant amberjack, sailfish, and blue marlin are just some of the many varieties of fish caught in the Keys. What could be better than fishing all day, coming back to a beautiful marina, grilling up some wahoo steaks, throw back a few cocktails and watch the sun set on Florida Bay. How about tomorrow, we scuba dive a big wreck just off the reef? Or take the skiff out to the flats and fly fish for bonefish, or head to Flamingo for Snook and redfish, or….

Middle River, MD: Enjoying the sunset in a favorite anchorage in Frog Mortar Creek less than a half mile from our house. We were actually headed home from a cruise to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and found our own cove so appealing we set the hook for another night practically within view of our own dock. We fell asleep to the sound of fish jumping, owls hooting, and the distant sound of live music from a dock bar up the creek. Just another night in paradise!

Here one can enjoy their surroundings completely and watch the trials and tribulations of those scaling the rock faces. Also located on this end of the lake is a campground with a country store to fill all of your last minute needs.
