Boating Fail: Keeping Your Cool(er)

Always double check your boat gear before hitting the road.

Trailering a boat requires a certain amount of preparedness and attention to detail. Making sure your rig is in working order before hitting the road is a great start. That same planning and preparation shouldn’t be forgotten when it comes to loading your gear. We’ve all seen life jackets and dock lines strewn about along the roadside. Or, worse yet, run over some boater’s cooler as it flies out of his or her boat like this week’s Boating Fail. Please, do us all a favor and double check that gear before you hit the road.
