The same fourth-generation satellites that provide nearly global FleetBroadband now also support a portable phone. The palm-size IsatPhone Pro provides telephone, voice mail, text messaging and e-mail. Hands-free operation via Bluetooth is built in. A basic airtime plan starts at $20 a month plus 95 cents a minute. A travel version is planned for $95 a month, which includes up to 120 minutes of use.
